The final and REQUIRED step is to Lock your roster.
Once you have
It's time to lock your roster.
Locking your roster will prevent any changes to the participant. You can alway unlock the participant at a later time to make updates.
A. Clicking on the Lock at the top will lock all participants on the roster at once.
B. Clicking on the Lock next to the participant will lock only that participant.
