How do I request a field trip?

1.      Log into PLZ and select the Field Trip tab from the black bar.  

2.      From this screen select start plan for either in-town or out of town field trip request.  

3.  From this screen select In-Town Field Trip Request #1.          

4.  The box will expand and you should select In-Town Field Trip Request #1.      

5 Select the blue “edit” button.        


6.  Begin to fill in the field trip form.          


7.  Select the acknowledge button.    

8.  Upload each of the required attachments          

9.  Click Save and Exit  at the bottom left of the screen to return to the main screen.  

10. Use the action menu (triangle) to select mark complete to “submit” the request.
